1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Waiteroo services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

Waiteroo provides a cloud-based restaurant management system (POS, KDS, Inventory, etc.). We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with or without notice.

3. User Identification

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and to the extent permitted by applicable law you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

4. Payment and Subscription

Services are billed on a subscription basis. You agree to pay the subscription fees and any other charges incurred in connection with your account.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Waiteroo and its licensors.
